David Baird

Before becoming Trustee, David King Baird was the elected representative for District 3. He is also the elected precinct committeeman for Ward 19, Precinct 2. David was instrumental in the restructuring the Wayne Township Fire Department. He is a life long resident of Wayne Township, specifically Haughville.

Mr. Baird is very active in the community. Among his many accomplishments are:

Mr. Baird is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Electrical Mechanical, Inc. He has been a journeyman electrician for over 25 years. He is a member of IBEW, local 481 and is currently a board member for the local and state chapters of A. Phillip Randolph Institute.

David is a life long member of Mt Zion Baptist Church. As a compassionate Christian, he is humbled by the opportunity to serve the citizens of Wayne Township. His primary goal is to help those in need.
