The Wayne Township Trustee's Office works to provide shelter assistance, transportation, utility assistance, household necessities, food and clothing, medical assistance, and other benefits to members of the community.

Clients are seen Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call (317) 241-4191.

When you come for your appointment, bring Verification of your household income for the past 30 days, paid bill receipts for the past thirty days, including utility bills, a copy of your rental or lease agreement (or a mortgage book if you are buying your home), picture identification for all adults in the household, and social security cards for all members in the household.

Remember: Be on time, be patient, be honest. Bring all information requested and more if you can, keep all appointments with other agencies, and keep all of your receipts and pay stubs.
